JULIETTE started because I saw a problem in the industry: why can’t we get laundry as easily as anything else?

The answer I found was JULIETTE Technologies, which continues to change the laundry and drycleaning industry everyday through innovation, fashion sustainability, and, most importantly, technology.

But it wasn’t easy starting out. 

I had to learn about the industry from scratch, and that meant learning from the professionals, and the professional I came across was Mr. Kim who owned a laundromat in New York, which I became immersed in. From the washers and dryers to the dry cleaning, I learned about the business while also learning how to run the business.

I took it a step further and graduated from DLI’s Introduction to Drycleaning Course where I learned about the pH balances, combinations of fabrics, stains, and more. 

Today, JULIETTE has been recognized as the future of laundry and drycleaning. You can credit that to our easy AI feature that lets our clients request pickups at the tap of a button; or our text message feature which lets clients know where their clothes are at all times; or, especially, my team, who works day in and out to make the experience seamless.
