At Juliette, We Value Our Clients.
Dear client, the customer is not always right.
We provide service and you provide the cash. It’s true. But, between the service and payment, there’s something crucial between any relationship, whether it be client or personal.
Respect for one another.
Paying for our services is respect. You owe respect to our workers who worked so hard for you. Respect is giving us a chance to make amends.
Consider a restaurant: if you don't like the food or it's not cooked properly, you'll tell the waiter and discuss your options.
If we do something wrong, tell us. If you have a concern, tell us. If you have a preference, tell us. But please, do so kindly because we wouldn’t do it to you any other way.
We want to be given the chance to make it right.
Asking a cleaner to bring the price down basically means you’re asking 12+ people for a discount on their salary.
Here is everyone involved in the process:
Driver who picks up your clothes
Person who processes your order
Laundry - everyone involved in separating bags of laundry for sorting, washing, drying and folding
For Dry Cleaning:
There’s a stain specialist known as “The Spotter”
There’s a person who irons your pants, dresses, shirts known as “The Presser”. There’s different kinds of pressers for different garments.
There’s a “Finisher” the one who removes the lint, checks, stain removal, cuts loose threads. They “Finish” the garment.
Then there’s one last Quality Control person who checks the order before it's packed for delivery.
Then the driver who delivers it back to you
This doesn't even include bookkeeping, recordkeeping, processes, systems, technology, and marketing.
So, before you write a bad review about our dry cleaners, reconsider. In the end, we're just like you.
