I launched Juliette September 21, 2014 from a basement in Murray Hill. I had a singular focus - to breathe new life into the antiquated industry of laundry & dry cleaning. I wanted to redefine the entire cleaning process and experience.
I understood early on that the clothes that touch our skin everyday are an extension of who we are.
So no matter how advanced our technology was, clients really only cared that we cleaned and returned their clothes properly.
