Location
Did you know we offer pickup and delivery services Monday through Saturday? That's right! You can schedule a pickup any day of the week, giving you the flexibility to fit laundry into your busy schedule. Simply sign up on www.juliette.nyc to request a pickup or text us at (315) 284-5689 to request a laundry or dry cleaning pickup. Our pickup window is between 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
Bag Requirements
Putting your clothes in a bag is all it takes to get started. Any bag will do—whether it's a reusable tote or a shopping bag. Just make sure the bag is clearly marked with your name on it and leave it with your doorman.
Same-Day Requests
Need your laundry done in a hurry? No problem! Requests made before 5pm, will be picked up the same day. You will receive an auto-text once we are on the way to pick up and you will receive another text once we are on the way to drop off your clothes.
Drop-Off Times
We understand the importance of quick turnaround times. That's why we guarantee that your laundry will be returned to you within 24 hours of pickup and dry cleaning is returned in 2-4 days. Whether you need your clothes for an upcoming event, a busy workweek, or just to have them back in your closet, you can count on us to deliver on time, every time. Anytime you need your clothes sooner, just let us know!

At Juliette, our dedication lies in minimizing our carbon footprint. We do not use plastic bags or wire hangers. Instead, our hangers and bags are reusable with every Juliette order. We also use eco-friendly and non toxic cleaning agents in our dry cleaning process.
