And in this past year, we’ve continued to modernize our services through technology. Customers can easily request a pickup through our app or text us. Status of the orders are updated in real time with GPS and ETA (estimated time of arrival) tracking.
We know how crucial it is for you to have ease and transparency of using our system, along with our quality control standards.
The last two years we’ve tried our best to stabilize, but inflation continues to be the highest it's ever been in four decades. The Federal Reserve raised rates eight times !
Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, who heads the committee of monetary policy in the U.S. and monitors and manages interest rates, said that the process of lowering inflation to 2% is likely going to take “quite a bit of time.”
But despite this, technology will continue to advance as it has been accelerated over the last decade. More tech-forwarded brands – who invest in new or improved capabilities and functionalities – are expected to be able to trudge through the economic dilemma more smoothly.
That’s what we’re aiming towards.
As a result, we are increasing our prices for all services.
