However, Juliette cannot guarantee against items being unaltered, including, shrinkage, such as shrinkage from improper manufacturer pre-shrinkage, fading, product breakdown from previous stain removal, item age, and darkening water stains. Juliette also does not take responsibility for any deteriorated or faulty items that may be further damaged during the cleaning process.

Certain products and foods may cause unremovable stains and manufacturer defects can also become apparent after cleaning. These types of items may also have issues due to natural defects in the material and can be sensitive to sunlight. Therefore, Juliette may be unable to remove all stains from these types of materials or guarantee the item is unaltered after cleaning.
