Thank you for taking the time to hear my story.

In 2020, VC’s invested $428M into US-based startups each day. That’s $156.2B in one year. 2.3% of that went to women. 0.2% went to women of color. Why is that? And when the numbers work against you, how do you make an impact? How do you make your dreams come true?

THE JULIETTE BOOK

The book is a highly personal retrospective of Rechelle Balanzat’s entrepreneurial journey, tracing the evolution from ideation to execution.

To be successful, first you must believe you can be successful. Think it. Manifest it. Repeat it, over and over. In “JULIETTE," Rechelle invites readers into her world, chronicling the improbable odyssey of founding, building, and scaling a company without outside capital. Rechelle shares her process and how following her dreams helped her to find herself.

“JULIETTE” explores some of the obstacles entrepreneurs face and her company’s journey so far, as well as lessons to empower other entrepreneurs. While one person may not be able to bring about systemic change, they can change themselves, and show the system why change is for the better.
